The picture above is of grandma helping with cutting out cookies to bake together, with the girls.
What a blessing to have grandchildren nearby to watch grow and develop. Ken and I just spent a day with our granddaughters. It was a whirlwind of activity. They are almost 5 and are learning and growing at lightning speed.
They are currently interested in creating works of art with paper, markers, colors, scotch tape, glue, and SCISSORS. I've been told that their media center at pre-school, have allowed them to use SCISSORS.
We were exhausted when they went home but refreshed by their enthusiasm to create and explore. These girls have a little brother who will soon be in the whirlwind with them soon.
